Job summary

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Sourcing, Service, Project Management, and Commercial teams to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs of quality, and strengthen supplier performance throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor quality teams across manufacturing, supplier quality, customer quality, and quality engineering functions.
• Establish a culture of ownership, prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop, monitor, and report quality metrics, including scrap, non-conformance, customer complaints, returns, and cost of poor quality.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process quality.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and applicable customer, industry, and regulatory standards.
• Lead internal, external and customer audits and ensure closure of audit findings.
• Standardize quality processes, metrics, documentation, and corrective action systems across Cooling operations.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality concerns and communicate certification and inspection requirements.
