Job summary

Bodycote in Fairfield, OH seeks a Quality Manager to ensure products and services meet customer requirements and to implement a robust quality program across the organization. You will lead the quality team and coordinate with other departments and customers to drive continuous improvement.

This safety-sensitive role requires experience in heat treatment, PPAP, ISO/AS/QS/TS systems, and Six Sigma, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• This role requires ITAR compliance and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
• Degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science is required.
• Experience in commercial heat treatment and a track record in quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a documented quality program meeting customer requirements.
• Direct and supervise the quality department staff.
• Ensure products/materials meet contractual requirements and maintain the quality program.
