Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager for the Maumelle Facility to lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Validation efforts. You will drive the quality culture, ensure ISO 9001-aligned practices, and direct a team of 18–22 with 4–8 direct reports.

The role requires a strong background in GMPs, sanitary manufacturing, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate across KC Mills and lead improvements in quality systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of quality system requirements for Consumer, Cosmetic, and regulated products.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, CAPA, and Validation.

Responsibilities

• Act as Quality Management Representative for the Maumelle Facility.
• Ensure adequate systems, personnel, and infrastructure for QA, QE, and Supplier Quality Management.
• Lead significant Quality Improvement activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
