Kimberly-Clark seeks a site Quality Manager for its Maumelle, AR facility. This role provides leadership for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, and Sanitary Manufacturing, driving upgrades to quality systems and empowering a team of 18–22 with 4–8 direct reports.

The role requires a science/engineering degree and 10+ years inQuality/regulated manufacturing, with strong GMP/CAPA/validation expertise and a track record of cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline; 10+ years in Quality/Regulated manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP, CAPA, Validation and quality system requirements
• Experience leading and directing teams and large projects; cross-functional influence

Responsabilités

• Act as Quality Management Representative for the Maumelle Facility.
• Ensure Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality Management support.
• Lead significant Quality Improvement activities to mitigate risks and uphold FDA/regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement new quality processes and CAPA system; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead routine Management Reviews of the Quality System and provide training on QMS/GMP.
