Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at client manufacturing facilities. The role emphasizes manufacturing leadership, problem solving, teamwork, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

You will supervise on-site teams, train and coach staff, and communicate with customers to build strong working relationships. Local travel to customer sites is required as project setups are developed and executed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising Quality Inspectors.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer facilities.

Responsibilities
