Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. This role suits someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys solving problems and ensuring products meet quality standards.

You will train and coach team members, communicate with customers, develop work instructions, oversee project setup, and travel locally to client sites to manage projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites to ensure product quality and safety.
• Train, coach, and mentor inspectors to meet standard procedures and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, build strong relationships, and provide status updates.
• Develop work instructions and oversee setup of projects at assigned facilities.
• Travel locally to customer facilities to manage projects and ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
