Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. You will oversee field projects, ensure adherence to quality standards, and coordinate with clients to meet deadlines.

The role requires manufacturing leadership experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and coach team members on site. Local travel to customer facilities is expected as projects are managed across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising teams of Quality Inspectors.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members to improve performance.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
