Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. You will ensure products meet quality standards and safety requirements while coaching staff and developing work instructions.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing leadership experience and forklift familiarity, with a track record of problem solving and effective on-site supervision. Local travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
