Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. You will ensure products meet quality standards and safety requirements, train and coach team members, and communicate with customers to build strong relationships.

Travel to sites to set up and manage projects. The role emphasizes leadership in manufacturing, hands-on supervision, and problem-solving within a dynamic field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising teams at customer sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
