Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Processing Technician.
• Lead Technician training completed.
• Demonstrated QA experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review records to ensure completeness and cGMP compliance.
• Track deviations and report to center management and QMR.
• Conduct monthly QA audits for donor/systems quality control.
• Ensure SOPs are current and followed by staff.
• Assist management with internal/external audits and observations.
• Train staff on donor center procedures through instruction and feedback.
• Provide leadership and training support to center management.
• Maintain Lead Technician certification and duties.
