Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Lead Technician/Center Supervisor candidate to monitor plasma center operations under cGMP. Responsibilities include QA audits, maintaining SOPs, training staff, and collaborating with management to address observations.

Essentially, a high school diploma is required, with preferred degrees and certification in Medical History, Phlebotomy and Processing Technician areas.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desired: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification in Medical History, Phlebotomy and Processing Technician keys.
• Completion of Lead Technician training and FDA-regulated QA understanding.

Responsibilities

• Reviews operational records to ensure completeness and cGMP compliance.
• Tracks deviations and reports to center management and QMR.
• Conducts monthly QA audits for donor suitability and processing systems.
• Ensures SOPs are current and staff perform tasks accordingly.
• Collaborates with management to prepare for internal and external audits.
• Train staff in donor center procedures and maintain qualifications.
• Provide leadership support to center management and supervise operations.
• Maintain Lead Technician duties and oversight of quality processes.
