Qualifications

• Certification in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Processing Technician.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and maintain records.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Reviews records to ensure completeness and cGMP compliance.
• Tracks deviations and reports to center management and QMR.
• Conducts monthly QA audits for donor suitability and processing.
• Ensures SOPs are current and followed through observation.
• Trains staff on donor center procedures.
• Provides leadership in support of center management.
• Maintains Lead Technician certifications and duties.
