Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Lead Technician/Center Supervisor to ensure quality systems and cGMP compliance within a plasma donor center. You will monitor records, guide staff, and coordinate with management to maintain operations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in a regulated environment, and the ability to train and supervise teams while maintaining meticulous documentation and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Processing Technician preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment and strong QA understanding.
• Ability to read SOPs and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Reviews operational records to ensure completeness and compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Tracks deviations and reports to center management and QMR.
• Conducts monthly quality assurance audits for critical control points and related systems.
• Ensures SOPs are current and staff perform tasks according to SOPs.
• Assists center management for internal audits and inspections.
• Train staff on donor center procedures through demonstration, instruction and feedback.
• Provide leadership and training support to center management and supervisory team.
• Maintain certifications in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Processing areas.
