Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Lead Technician (Center Supervisor by exception) to monitor designated systems and ensure plasma manufacturing complies with cGMP and the Shire Quality System. This role includes training staff, performing QA tasks, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment at the Fayetteville plasma center.

Responsibilities cover leading quality audits, ensuring SOP adherence, and supporting internal and external inspections.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desired: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews operational records to ensure they are complete, accurate and compliant with cGMP requirements.
• Tracks deviations in procedures and reports to center management and QMR.
• Conducts monthly quality assurance audits for donor-related systems and processes.
• Ensures SOPs are current and staff perform routine tasks according to SOPs.
• Collaborates with center management to prepare for internal auditors and inspections.
• Train new and existing staff on center procedures through demonstration and feedback.
• Provide leadership and oversight of operational flow and staff training.
