Job summary

LEX Innovations in Davie, FL seeks a results-driven Quality Manager to develop and maintain the quality management system (QMS) for ISO 9001 and AS9100. You will lead a cross-functional team across locations to standardize processes and improve product quality.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 5 years in quality engineering, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. You will oversee audits, training, and continuous quality improvements while coordinating with multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or related field preferred.
5 years of experience as a Quality or Industrial Engineer in manufacturing electrical or mechanical products.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word).
Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is required.
AS9100 and UL Standards knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and monitor quality objectives, policies, and procedures for ISO 9001 and AS 9100 compliance across LEX facilities.
Lead RCA and CAPA activities to address customer, internal, and supplier non-conformances; verify effectiveness.
Manage day-to-day on-site Quality staff including Engineers, Technicians, Coordinators, and Inspectors.
Report Cost of Quality metrics and drive improvements in yield, defect rate, RMAs, rework and scrap.
