EEI Manufacturing Services, Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Quality Manager to own our quality system and lead the team behind it. You will guide ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance and partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and PM to ensure every assembly leaves right the first time.

This high-visibility role puts you at the center of decisions, audits, and continuous improvement, with a focus on customer satisfaction, risk management and developing a high-performing quality team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years progressive quality engineering experience in an EMS environment.
• 5+ years in a quality management or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
• Subject-matter expertise in at least one core engineering discipline, with working familiarity across the others.
• Experience working in ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship required; ITAR/export control access.

Responsibilities

• Own development and continuous improvement of the QMS (ISO 9001/AS9100).
• Plan and lead customer audits, third-party surveillance audits and recertification audits.
• Run quarterly Management Reviews with metrics, risk assessments and CAPA plans.
• Serve as primary contact for customer quality matters and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors and Administrators.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root-cause analysis across functions.
