Job summary

Rocket EMS, Inc. is seeking a Quality Lead to oversee daily operations within the PCBA manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and industry standards.

This role involves supervising Quality Technicians and Inspectors while driving root cause analysis and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing along with IPC standards compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process support within a contract manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SMT, through-hole, reflow, and soldering processes.
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Quality Technicians and Inspectors.
• Ensure consistent execution of inspections according to IPC-A-610 and customer requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities for internal and customer issues.
