Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Quality Supervisor on day shift to lead quality operations, ensure finished product and packaging meet specifications, and mentor staff. The role emphasizes safety, GMP, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate testing, maintain inspection procedures, analyze data, support calibration, and collaborate with other departments to meet plant objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in manufacturing required.
• Minimum 6 months quality experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand, follow and enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Maintain quality reports and related documents for QA, production and maintenance.
• Coordinate quality activity with other departments to meet plant objectives.
• Set up, monitor and administer quality of finished product and packaging.
• Develop inspection criteria and maintain QA procedures.
