Job summary

Greenworks is seeking a Quality Lead to oversee daily quality operations and develop a high-performing team on the production floor. The role focuses on driving quality performance, safety, and cross-functional coordination to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in an operations or warehouse environment.
• Experience in reconditioning or rework operations preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the quality team to achieve objectives.
• Spend ~90% of time on the production floor engaging with team members.
