Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a QC position in SMT/W.S/BOX build production.
• At least 2 years of experience managing people.
• Experience in process audits to SMT, WS, and TLA processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees quality control activities and manages quality technicians.
• Conducts process audits and random inspections.
• Trains new employees and conducts periodic certification.
