Job summary

Flex is seeking a Quality Control Lead for the Round Rock, TX site on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:15 PM, Mon–Fri). You will inspect and test products, establish testing procedures, and lead documentation of results while guiding the QC team to improve quality and reduce scrap.

Ideal candidates bring a strong Quality Control background, familiarity with Office tools, warehouse tracking systems, and root cause analysis; ASQ certifications are desirable for advancement.

Qualifications

• Quality Control background and leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse tracking systems.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.
• ASQ certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test products at various production stages.
• Establish testing procedures to measure product dimensions and characteristics.
• Document test results and prepare quality summaries.
• Lead testing outcomes and propose quality improvements.
• Suggest process changes to minimize scrap and improve reliability.
• Maintain records and communicate findings to management.
