Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in chemistry, materials science, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of lab, quality, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical testing and quality verification on rubber compounds to ensure batch specifications.
• Record results honestly, report out-of-spec results, and follow hold/escalation procedures.
• Verify MDR data reflects customer requirements before release and support improving testing processes.
• Maintain accurate, traceable testing records and communicate with production and QA teams.
• Protect customer interests by ensuring data integrity and adherence to safety protocols.
