Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Quality Lab Technician in Augusta, GA to perform routine quality testing on raw materials, in-process and finished goods supporting manufacturing operations.

The role requires 2–5 years of lab experience, an associates degree in the sciences, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access. The position involves documenting results, providing feedback, managing COAs, and participating in safety and quality initiatives while adhering to ISO-based procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Associates degree in the sciences.
• Two to five years in the chemical manufacturing industry, laboratory preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Access; basic laboratory terminology.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily analysis of raw materials, finished products, in process products and shipments using standard lab procedures.
• Document results in lab notebook and Excel spreadsheet.
• Provide written and verbal feedback of test results to affected parties.
• Enter lab data into Access database and perform interpolation.
• Prepare COA’s and issue to the customer.
• Participate in weekly lab supply inventory and safety initiatives.
