Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to perform chemical and physical tests on materials and products, and to support routine audits of the quality system. The role requires setting up equipment, analyzing results, and preparing reports to ensure conformity to specifications.

Qualifications

3+ years in a Quality or Lab position in a manufacturing facility.
FDA or SQF compliance experience preferred.
Experience with internal quality audits preferred.

Responsibilities

Sets up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for tests, research, or process control.
Tests and analyzes materials used as ingredients in processes and products.
Tests samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications.
Documents results of tests and analyses on standardized forms, writes test reports, and prepares graphs and charts.
Performs routine quality inspections of the manufacturing facility.
Cleans, calibrates, and operates test equipment.
