Rga-Enterprises,-Inc. is seeking a Quality Laboratory Technician to join our fast-paced chemical manufacturing team.

This hands-on role focuses on testing products, analyzing results, inspecting materials, and maintaining quality documentation to ensure our products meet high standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will work with production and quality teams, follow GLP and GMP procedures, maintain logs, organize samples, and report findings to management.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures precisely while juggling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Create, maintain, and update formulas, batch sheets, and quality documentation.
• Accurately record testing procedures, results, and findings.
• Organize, label, store, and ship product samples.
• Analyze data and prepare clear reports for management.
• Support quality assurance testing methods and records.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration logs, and work records.
• Follow GLP and GMP procedures.
