Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to perform accurate QC testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure specifications and regulatory standards are met. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous improvement in QC processes.

This position operates on a rotational 12-hour shift schedule (day and night) in a small office–lab environment, with opportunities for training, growth, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years related experience; associates or bachelor's in chemistry preferred.
• Proficiency in general laboratory skills and data analysis; laboratory safety and cleanliness.
• Experience with wet-chemistry/instrumentation testing and understanding of chemistry.
• Competent with MS Office and able to communicate clearly with local staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, safe quality control testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain detailed documentation and data from laboratory tests and ensure traceability.
• Support continuous improvement of QC processes and compliance with HSE, ISO/GMP/AS9100.
