Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a QC Lab Technician for the Vernon plant in Vernon, TX. The role focuses on day-to-day QC testing to ensure materials meet specifications before leaving the site, supporting ISO/QMS, EFfCI and RCMS standards.

Responsibilities include calibration procedures, data entry in WebLIMS, and communicating batch dispositions. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, laboratory experience preferred, and a 12-hour rotating shift (4 days on/4 days off) with overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or above.
• Laboratory experience a plus.
• Must be able to work 4 days on, 4 days off, rotating shift (12 hour shift) with required overtime.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing and understand calibration procedures.
• Manipulate data in WebLIMS and enter results.
• Communicate batch disposition information clearly.
• Conduct sample analysis for complaints or investigations.
• Participate in Gauge R&R studies to validate methods.
• Carry out in-process and final product analyses.
