Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Lab Technician to perform tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify quality and consistency. You will communicate non-conformities and support the quality program with data integrity and proper reporting.

Under supervision, you will calibrate equipment, maintain workspace, and assist in root-cause investigations while adhering to ISO quality and environmental standards. A BS in hard science and 3+ years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related hard science preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods against specifications.
• Communicate non-conforming findings to partners.
• Record and report results according to SOPs.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and glassware.
• Assist in root cause investigations and adjust out-of-spec batches.
