Job summary

Syensqo is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to rotate shifts in Willow Island, WV. You will conduct QC testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure specifications and regulatory compliance.

You will keep precise records, contribute to QC process improvements, and support HSE activities while helping maintain ISO/GMP certifications. A high school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in chemistry is preferred.

• 1–2 years of related lab experience required.
• Strong documentation and data management skills.

Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we mayultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.* 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations* Training platform for all employees* Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological)**Additional information:**This position operates on a rotational shift schedule featuring 12-hour shifts, alternating between day shifts (6:30am–6:30 pm) and night shifts (6:30 pm–6:30 am).
