Job summary

United Felts, A Vortex Company, is seeking a Laboratory/Quality Support role responsible for inspection and testing of materials, product in process, and finished goods. You will ensure traceability and compliance with ISO standards while supporting manufacturing operations to meet quality targets.

The role involves performing calibration on in-house equipment, documenting results, and participating in root-cause investigations with the Lab Lead.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently when needed.
• Multitasking is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming material, product in process, and finished goods and the quality system.
• Maintain record keeping and traceability, document control.
• Operate calibration and testing procedures for materials and products.
• Provide real‑time quality support to manufacturing operations to ensure products meet requirements.
• Assist investigations of non‑conformances and coordinate findings with Lab Lead.
