Job summary

Perry’s Ice Cream is seeking a QA Technician for the 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm, Sun-Thu) to help ensure the safety and quality of our dairy products. You will perform standard and non-standard tests, analyze results using chemistry and microbiology methods, and participate in plant inspection programs.

You’ll work to support production with corrective actions, maintain CCP awareness, and contribute to a safety-conscious culture while advancing through feedback and continued training.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of 2 years of a bachelor’s degree program in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science or related field OR
• AAS Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field OR
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food or Healthcare Lab

Responsibilities

• Perform and test standard and non-standard tests.
• Use chemistry/microbiology methods to analyze concerns and recommend corrective action.
• Participate in plant inspection programs.
• Support production of safe, high-quality products and team safety.
