Job summary

Ravago Americas in Manchester, TN seeks a Quality Lab Technician to monitor and maintain product quality at the site, in line with Quality, Laboratory, Environmental and Safety systems.

You will run samples on lab extruders and molders, analyze colors with a spectrophotometer, reject non‑conforming products, and assist with SPC data and certifications.

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and comfort with both English and the metric system are required, along with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in quality control within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in spectrophotometer analysis and color testing.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills for documentation.
• Ability to work in both English and metric measurement systems.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Interact with management and production to support testing and quality needs.
• Run samples on lab extruders and molders.
• Analyze colors using a spectrophotometer and perform color corrections.
• Identify non-conforming products and reject per procedures.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization.
• Train manufacturing personnel in in-process inspections.
• Prepare customer certifications and enter SPC data.
• Support manufacturing with rework and SPC adjustments as needed.
• Follow all Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures.
• Uphold Ravago Code of Conduct.
• Other duties as assigned by the Lab Manager.
