Job summary

Sprecher Brewing Company is seeking a Quality Technician for 2nd shift in Glendale, WI. The role focuses on maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines across all Sprecher beverages.

The technician will collaborate with brewing teams, third-party labs, and other departments to uphold high standards. Responsibilities include daily testing, data recording, and driving continuous quality improvements in a fast-paced beer production environment.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years in quality control or quality assurance in food/beverage.
• Experience controlling brewing processes and assessing beverage quality.
• Knowledge of food production and manufacturing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Self-directed with strong attention to detail.
• Incredibly organized with ability to design systematic quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall quality of Sprecher products and packaging.
• Daily testing and analysis of raw materials, in stage and final products to ensure proper specifications are met.
• Record and track all testing and analysis.
• Work closely with brewing teams and communicate issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and GMPs.
• Ensure continuous improvement and find ways to increase efficiency.
• Work with 3rd party laboratories to organize and perform analysis of products as needed.
