Job summary

Sprecher Brewing Company in Glendale, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to operate bottling line equipment and ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality beverages. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance with the maintenance team, follow GMP/SOPs, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while meeting daily production targets.

Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing is preferred and ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required; the role is full-time and

Qualifications

• Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and process issues in real time.
• Forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality standards, and GMP/SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bottling line equipment for efficient production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
