The incumbent will perform daily testing, record results, and work closely with brewing teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced brewery environment.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires a background in brewing, beverage, or food manufacturing.
• Experience in microbiology or chemistry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with quality assurance software and data recording is expected.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Oversee overall quality of Sprecher products and packaging.
• Perform daily testing and analysis of raw materials and in-process products.
• Record and track testing results accurately.
• Collaborate with brewing teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and GMPs.
• Assist with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
