Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Quality Laboratory Technician I to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will perform quality control testing on raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, enter data in SAP, and generate COAs while maintaining strict quality records.

The role involves routine calibration, inventory coordination, and adherence to EHS policies, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; associate degree or coursework in chemistry or related field preferred.
• Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment or controlled laboratory setting is preferred.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, data accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing on WIP, Finished Goods, and Engineering Trial products per QC plans.
• Verify test results and enter data into SAP and quality systems.
• Prepare COAs and maintain quality records and retentions.
