Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a QC/Lab Technician to support quality operations in the plant or lab. You will ensure QC testing is completed per procedures and results are entered into SAP within the required time window, and you will report material issues to management promptly.

You will actively participate in NCMR activities, HACCP/GMP/Food Safety teams, and uphold safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives through data documentation and calibration procedures.

Qualifications

• Laboratory experience is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred (Chemistry/Biology or related fields).
• Basic knowledge of statistics (Control Charting, SPC, Cpk, Cp, Std. Dev) preferred.
• Ability to self direct work and display analytical skills.
• Demonstrate competency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QC testing is completed per procedures and results inputted into SAP accurately and within QC time window.
• Report to management when material issues arise in a timely fashion.
• Input data and support investigations in the NCMR process.
• Participate as a member of HACCP/GMP/Food Safety Team.
• Comply with laboratory safety requirements and maintain good housekeeping.
• Prioritize testing based on customer requirements or R&D needs.
• Document and report testing data; manage calibration/pre-use processes.
• Review production data and assist in continuous improvement.
