Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company is seeking a Quality Lab Technician for its Bellevue, OH site. The role supports 24/7 operations with a day or night shift, performing quality control tests on raw materials, WIP, and finished goods and generating COAs in SAP.

You will ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and safe lab practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, lab experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related technical coursework preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to follow test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing on WIP, finished goods, and engineering trial products per QC plans.
• Enter results into SAP and quality systems; report non-conformances timely.
• Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and support safety and continuous improvement.
