Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Quality Lab Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Aurora, IL. You will lead Quality Lab Technicians performing inspection and testing for manufacturing, product development, and customer failure analysis.

Focus areas include safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, with onsite leadership 2:00pm–10:00pm, Mon–Fri. You will train and coach staff, address performance issues, ensure accurate COAs and LIMS records, and drive corrective actions while applying

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing quality lab experience.
• Typically 5+ years of quality lab or manufacturing experience with leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality principles; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality Lab Technicians and oversee safety, quality, and timely lab execution.
• Train, certify, coach, and develop laboratory staff; manage performance reviews.
• Ensure test results, COAs, and LIMS records are complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and management to raise quality and safety.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma concepts to improve resource planning and daily execution.
• Prepare laboratory for internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
