Responsibilities

• Lead the lab team on the B shift to meet objectives for productivity, quality, safety, GMPs, and process reliability.
• Coach, train, and ensure compliance with plant-established procedures while demonstrating respect for people.
• Perform analytical testing and record, maintain, and review results in the SAP system.
