ManpowerGroup is seeking an Analytical Lab Technician in Marysville, OH to support routine analytical testing, sample prep, and lab operations in a compliance-driven environment.

The successful candidate will have an associate degree or BS in a science field with related experience, or a HS/GED with more years, and must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and good communication in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Associates or B.S. in a science-related field with 1 year related experience, or HS/GED with 3 years related experience.
• Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Reliability and accountability; able to work independently.
• Good communication and computer literacy for data entry and routine reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing, sample prep, and general lab support using established methods and GLP.
• Receive, process, track, prepare, ship, and dispose analytical sample requests.
• Perform routine chemical and physical testing on food-grade samples.
• Coordinate with PMs, scientists, and lab members to organize weekly workload.
• Record results, enter data, and generate routine reports while maintaining a safe, clean lab and following policies.

As a Analytical Lab Technician, you will be part of the laboratory operations team supporting science & analytical projects. The ideal candidate will have reliability & accountability, results focus, and proactive cooperation which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support science & analytical projects by performing routine analytical testing, sample preparation, and general laboratory support activities using established methods and Good Laboratory Practices.

• Receive, process, track, prepare, ship, and dispose analytical sample requests.

• Perform routine chemical and physical testing on food grade samples.

• Communicate and coordinate with PMs, scientists, and lab members to organize weekly workload.

• Record results accurately, enter system data, and generate routine reports while maintaining a safe, clean laboratory environment and complying with company policies and procedures.
