Perrigo Company plc is seeking a qualified professional to assist with investigations and documentation of quality-related complaints and inquiries related to OTC and device products in a regulatory-compliant manner.

Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, working with Consumer Affairs and Pharmacovigilance, and preparing final reports for review by healthcare professionals. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience with quality complaints and adverse event reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and investigation of quality complaints.
• Liaise with Consumer Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and third-party call centers to provide product information and investigation updates.
• Arrange credit and reimbursement for complainants through customer service and prepare final written reports.
• Notify management of issues that may require regulatory reporting and/or potential product recall.
• Maintain and update database for tracking complaints and adverse event reports.
