Job summary

The Quality Intern will be hosted by the Quality Department at a Sherwin-Williams facility, with the internship running at our Grove City, Ohio site. The identified candidate will start May 24, 2027 and end July 30, 2027, gaining hands-on experience across quality systems and testing processes.

Responsibilities include assisting the Quality Manager, participating in training programs, and engaging in early career development activities and site events to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the internship.
• Must have at least one year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager with familiarization of quality systems, tools, processes, metrics and standards.
• Perform routine paint and raw material testing as needed.
• Engage in early career development programming and site events.
• Support and participate in employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
