Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform process audits to assess compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Verify the accuracy and effectiveness of quality and operations plans.
• Conduct time studies to evaluate process efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Audit and assess material stock for quality compliance.
• Support product tracking and coordinate material disposition activities.
• Research and recommend inspection technologies and quality tools.
• Manage the facility’s gage calibration system.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement tasks as assigned.
• Promote and follow healthy and safe work practices in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.
