Job summary

Electronic Technologies International (ETI) in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a Quality Technician to perform final inspections on wire harnesses, PCB assemblies, and related components. You will verify conformance to drawings, BOMs, IPC standards, and internal procedures as part of the final quality gate before shipment.

As a team player, you will support ACH and ETI facilities, participate in continuous improvement, and contribute to root-cause investigations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing inspection experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to interpret BOMs and assembly documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual inspection capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, box build assemblies, and PCB assemblies.
• Verify all products conform to customer drawings, specifications, Bills of Material (BOMs), and work instructions.
• Ensure all products meet IPC workmanship requirements (IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610).
• Verify labeling, serialization, packaging, documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
• Complete inspection documentation accurately and maintain product traceability.
• Approve or reject finished products based on acceptance criteria.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
