Job summary

Cristek Interconnects, LLC, a Qnnect company, in North Billerica, MA, seeks a Quality Inspector to join the Quality Assurance team. You will inspect cable and harness assemblies to IPC-620, J-STD and Cristek Best Practices, reporting to the Quality Manager and collaborating with Production, Sales and Engineering.

The role requires at least 3 years’ experience in electrical cable and wire harness inspection, ITAR eligibility, fluency in English, and the ability to read drawings and use measuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in electrical cable and wire harness inspection.
• Familiar with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD standards.
• Able to read customer drawings, parts lists, and routing documents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process, pre-mold, and final assemblies to quality specs.
• Read customer drawings, parts lists, and routers for inspection.
• Perform 100% inspection and document findings.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales and Engineering to improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe inspection area and follow safety protocols.
