Job summary

RAM Windows & Doors is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure materials, components, and finished window/door units meet quality standards and customer specifications. This floor-based role reports to the Quality Manager / Operations Manager and collaborates with Production, Engineering, Materials and Management.

You will inspect at every stage, document results, contain non-conforming product, and help identify root causes of defects.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate reporting.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and finished products for defects.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Document results and containment of non-conforming product.
• Verify dimensions against drawings and specs.
• Maintain inspection records and report trends.
