Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an End-of-Line Inspector to serve as the final quality gate for finished windows and doors. The role requires detailed inspections, CTQ adherence, and accurate documentation to prevent defects from reaching customers.

The position involves cross-functional communication with Production, Materials and Quality teams, and may include rotating inspector shifts. At least 3 months in a related role is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months as Production Associate or Quality Technician within the company.
• Ability to pass tests covering 14-point criteria and CTQ knowledge.
• Documentation accuracy and independent final-quality decisions.

Responsabilités

• Perform final inspections using standardized tools, gauges, lighting and CTQ criteria.
• Review front and rear products using approved setups (V-rack, backlighting, 160+ FtC).
• Stamp approved products with inspector ID for traceability.
• Document findings in digital or paper systems with accuracy.
• Identify, classify and communicate defects (minor, major, critical) immediately.
• Prevent release of nonconforming products to customers.
