Emerald Technologies in Saline, MI is seeking a Quality Associate to join its electronics manufacturing team. The role focuses on hands-on inspection, adherence to ISO standards and customer requirements, and precise documentation of results.

You will perform product and component inspections, help develop QA procedures, and assist with PCB assembly-related tasks as needed. The position offers a collaborative, supportive environment with growth opportunities and a strong commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and detail oriented.
• Strong reading and writing communication.
• Knowledge of PCB assemblies, soldering, and blueprint reading.
• Experience in PCB/electronic manufacturing.
• Must be computer literate and report-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to determine acceptance of products using visual checks and inspection tools.
• Research component part numbers and inspect inventory.
• Develop or modify QA procedures for department processes or product quality.
• PCB assembly-related tasks such as stuffing, soldering, masking, and go/no-go testing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
