Emerald Technologies is seeking a Quality Inspector I for our White City, OR facility. The role involves performing inspection operations on various items, witnessing dynamic tests, and assisting in developing inspection procedures and training.

You will work in a supportive team focused on quality and reliability. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years in electronics inspection, plus ability to read blueprints and measure components.

Qualifications

• Two years of related inspection experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specifications.
• Skilled in electrically measuring resistors and capacitors.
• Expertise in reading component values by inspecting parts.

Responsibilities

• Read the Bill of Materials, Assembly Instructions, and other documentation before starting the process.
• Machine Checks with trainer approval.
• Perform less difficult first articles with trainer approval.
• Begin inspecting less difficult assemblies with the trainer re-inspecting for accuracy.
• PTH line verification with trainer approval.
• Willingness to adjust schedule to meet customer needs.
